From September 30 to October 2, Impactive AI participated in AI Festa 2025, held at Hall A of COEX in Seoul. AI Festa is the flagship event of AI Week, a national strategy week designated by the Ministry of Science and ICT to help Korea become one of the world’s top three AI powerhouses. As expected, the atmosphere was filled with great enthusiasm and excitement.
AI Festa, which explores the present and future of the AI industry, brought together various AI technology companies showcasing their innovative technologies and solutions. In addition to the exhibition booths, conferences and award ceremonies were also held, making the venue crowded with visitors from the very first day.
At this event, Impactive AI operated an exhibition booth centered around its AI demand forecasting solution, Deepflow, engaging in discussions about demand forecasting with professionals from various industries over the three-day event.
On the first day, Impactive AI also received the Minister of Science and ICT Award at the 9th Korea Digital Future Innovation Awards. Let’s take a closer look at the exhibition booth and the award ceremony.
Many visitors to our booth shared concerns about overstock, stock shortages, and unstable supply chains. Especially for practitioners responsible for demand forecasting, there were frequent questions like, “Can this predictive technology be applied to our industry?” as they actively sought examples tailored to their specific business environments.
Impactive AI has been focusing on AI-based demand and price forecasting, helping companies across various industries facing similar challenges. In sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, and food, we have reduced inventory costs by more than 30% by alleviating issues of overstock and shortage. Our price forecasting capabilities have also helped clients identify optimal purchasing times and improve operating margins.
At the booth, we introduced Deepflow, our AI demand and price forecasting solution, in detail and shared success stories tailored to each company’s needs.
Deepflow leverages over 200 advanced deep learning and machine learning models to accurately forecast shipment volume, sales, and raw material prices. By combining internal company data with diverse external macroeconomic and environmental data, it significantly improves forecasting accuracy. Companies that adopted Deepflow have achieved 70–80% higher prediction accuracy, over 30% reduction in inventory costs, and up to 80% reduction in work time.
One steel company, which previously relied on ERP data for demand forecasting, faced high costs due to low accuracy. After adopting Deepflow, the company reduced stock shortages by 35.4%, overstock by 32.2%, and inventory costs by KRW 21 billion per month, leading to higher profitability and productivity through more accurate forecasts.
