This is some text inside of a div block.

With increasingly unstable global supply chains, rapidly shifting market trends, and volatile raw material prices, manufacturing environments have become more unpredictable than ever.

In this landscape of growing uncertainty, decision-making based on experience and intuition is reaching its limits.

At AW 2026 (Smart Factory + Automation World), held at COEX from March 4 to 6, Impactive AI introduced its AI-driven demand forecasting strategies designed to address these challenges faced by manufacturing companies.

AW 2026: Where Manufacturing Innovation Comes Together

AW is Korea’s largest exhibition dedicated to smart factories and industrial automation. It brings together cutting-edge technologies such as AI-powered manufacturing systems, smart factories, industrial automation, and data-driven operational strategies.

Over the course of three days, the entire COEX venue was filled with industry professionals exploring the future of manufacturing technologies and operational innovation.

At the AI Factory Pavilion (The Platz, 2nd Floor, COEX), Impactive AI welcomed visitors and showcased its AI demand forecasting solution, Deepflow, designed for real-world manufacturing applications.

Reducing Costs with AI-Driven Demand and Price Forecasting

At the Impactive AI booth, visitors were able to explore Deepflow’s key capabilities, real-world impact, and industry-specific use cases.

Many attendees engaged with us by sharing their current pain points, leading to in-depth discussions around:

  • Demand forecasting and inventory optimization visualization
  • AI-based raw material price forecasting
  • Industry-specific use cases and performance outcomes
  • Forecasting strategies under black swan scenarios

Deepflow leverages over 224 machine learning and deep learning models, combined with diverse external datasets, to deliver highly accurate demand and raw material price forecasts.

More importantly, it goes beyond providing predictions—it explains the key drivers and reasoning behind each forecast, enabling actionable insights for real-world decision-making.

Three Days of Seminars and Conferences

During AW 2026, Impactive AI hosted and participated in three seminars and conference sessions, sharing strategies and real-world applications of AI-based demand and price forecasting.

1️⃣ Impactive AI 2026 Demand Forecasting Strategy Seminar

Held on March 4 at COEX Conference Room (4th Floor), this session featured CEO Doohee Jung and Director Taewon Yoo, who presented AI-driven demand and raw material price forecasting strategies tailored for the evolving manufacturing landscape in 2026.

The seminar quickly reached full capacity, reflecting strong interest from attendees.

Discussions focused on how AI forecasting can be effectively applied to real-world manufacturing decision-making.

2️⃣ AI Factory Seminar

On March 5, at The Platz stage, Director Taewon Yoo delivered a session titled:

“AI-Driven Raw Material Price Forecasting Strategies from an AI Factory Perspective”

The session highlighted how AI-based price forecasting can impact procurement and purchasing strategies in an environment of increasing raw material price volatility.

3️⃣ 2026 Industrial Intelligence Conference

On March 6, at the 2026 Industrial Intelligence Conference, CEO Doohee Jung presented: “Driving a Productivity Revolution with Predictive AI”

In this session, he shared how predictive AI is transforming manufacturing beyond data analysis—enhancing productivity and operational efficiency through real-world applications.

AW 2026 Global Media Awards – Top 3 Recognition

Impactive AI was also recognized as a Top 3 company in the AW 2026 Global Media Awards, selected by Taiwan-based media outlet DIGITIMES.

When Prediction Becomes a Competitive Advantage

Throughout AW 2026, one theme consistently emerged from conversations with manufacturing leaders: the growing importance—and difficulty—of accurate forecasting.

From fluctuating demand and inventory management to raw material price volatility, core manufacturing decisions are becoming increasingly complex.

Today, companies need more than just data analysis—they need explainable predictions and actionable insights.

Impactive AI remains committed to advancing AI-powered demand and price forecasting technologies, helping manufacturers make more accurate predictions and faster, more informed decisions.

We would like to thank everyone who visited the Impactive AI booth at AW 2026.

We look forward to continuing to shape the future of manufacturing through AI-driven forecasting.
